Specify your preferred training location: at the gym, at home, in your condo’s gym, or elsewhere. Choose how many days a week you want to train (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 days).

Let us know what materials and equipment you have for training. Additionally, feel free to send photos from the front, side, and back (if desired).

STEP TWO

Prepare to receive your personalized training plan directly on our online platform, accompanied by a series of instructional videos designed to enhance your form and posture during exercises.

Once your plan is available, dive into your journey towards a healthier you without hesitation. Should you have any doubts or questions, I’m here to assist you every step of the way. Remember to record your workout sessions for personalized feedback on your execution, ensuring you make the most out of your efforts.

HOW THE TRAINING WORKS

The training is designed based on the responses from the questionnaire.

It can be performed at home (no equipment needed), at the gym, or in a condominium gym.

The workouts are monthly, but the repetitions are changed weekly.

WHAT IS ONLINE CONSULTING?

The consultancy consists of designing a training program within your individual needs, such as:

  • Gain in muscle mass. Loss of body fat.
  • Maintaining general health. Patients with knee and spine pathology.

All individualities are respected and studied, after all we all can and should practice physical activities, all we have to do is be consistent when prescribing the workout.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO SET UP THE TRAINING PLAN

Setting up the training plan requires gathering essential information about your fitness goals, current fitness level, any medical considerations, and preferred workout schedule. Additionally, clear communication about your preferences, such as the types of exercises you enjoy or equipment availability, is vital. With this information, I can tailor the plan to suit your needs effectively.

WHAT THE TRAINING PLAN CONTAINS

The training plan is your roadmap to effective workouts, detailing exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods personalized to your goals. With explanatory videos included, you’ll master proper form and technique. Reach out anytime with questions or for feedback via messages or videos. Your safety and progress are my utmost concerns as we work towards your fitness goals together.

IF I DON'T ADAPT TO AN EXERCISE, CAN I CHANGE IT?

Yes! Request the change directly in CHAT via the platform.

ARE WORKOUTS SENT BY EMAIL?

NO! The workouts are made available via the STUDENT PANEL, where all the exercises have explanatory videos.
Your workout will open on any device with internet access and a browser compatible with the technologies used on the site.

I HATE THE GYM CAN I TRAIN AT HOME?

YES! That’s the great thing about GETFIT Training! The exercises are adapted to the space you have available.

Do I need equipment to train at home?

No! If you don’t want to or can’t train in a gym, your personal trainer will develop workouts without any equipment and according to the stage you are at (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced).

How long does it take to reach my goal?

We’ve had surprising results from students who have shown up in the first month of training. This will depend a lot on your commitment to the programme.

In order to realise a major transformation in your body and your health, we recommend that you do the GETFIT Training programme for at least 3 months.

I chose to train at the gym, but I'm no longer going to the gym, can we move my training home?

YES! As long as the request is made 10 days before the start of the next training session. Once you’ve started training, you can no longer change, only the following month
